What is "healthy" weight loss, and how much should I expect to lose on this program?

"Healthy" weight loss is about 1-2 pounds per week. If you are following Momentum's exercise and nutrition guidelines, this is what you should expect to see. If you are not losing weight at this rate please see the other Q&A's in this section.
