How much should I be eating? How can I know if I'm eating too much or too little?

We don't believe nutrition is strictly about counting calories. In fact, we don't offer any calorie recommendations with the Momentum Fitness & Weight Loss System. Instead, our goal is teach you to address the quality of the foods you eat. Our simple Daily Food Log on page 23 of the Nutrition & Lifestyle Program will help you figure out how to eat enough to fuel your workouts while getting proper nutrition.
