I'm not losing as much as I had hoped to. Should I be doing something differently?
If you are following Momentum's nutrition and exercise guidelines, you can expect to lose a healthy 1-2 pounds a week. It is very important to keep track of your workouts, your weight, and what you are eating to monitor your progress. If you have been on the program for one full month and have not lost weight, ask yourself these questions: Are you doing all three intervals workouts each week? Are you drinking enough water? Have you considered the role of nutrition in your weight loss? Then, review the answers in this section.
