Should I stay consistent with the Workout Schedules' mix of the 2-, 3-, and 4-minute intervals, or can I pick my favorite one and stick to that?

Mixing up your workouts is good for two reasons. First of all, it challenges your muscles to respond differently. In addition, it keeps your workouts fresh and fun! But if you really enjoy one particular Interval Workout, then it is okay to substitute it for one of the other intervals. The key to your success is maintaining the overall consistency of your program.
