Can I do more than three intervals a week?

You can do more than three intervals a week but it is important to make sure that you have a rest day between each of your high-intensity interval days. You might have one time per week that you do back-to-back interval workouts, but you should not do that more than one time each week. Use a medium cardio workout, or do the No Excuses Workout on your off-interval days. Your Workout Schedule should list the right combination of workouts for you to receive the maximum results for the time you specify. Most importantly, don't overdo it - it can lead to injury or burnout.
