Drinking water is an essential part of the Momentum Fitness & Weight Loss System. Keeping your body hydrated will help your performance while flushing your body of toxins. We recommend that you drink 64 ounces of water a day, equal to (8) 8-ounce glasses of water. You should also be drinking an additional 1 ounce of water for every minute of exercise. So if you did a 30-minute workout, you should consume around 94 ounces of water throughout the day (including during your workout). A great way to gauge your water consumption is to keep a 32-ounce water bottle with you and keep track of how many times you fill it and empty it.
