Are hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated fats really so bad? Which foods have these in them?

These "bad" fats are found in many packaged products like cookies and cereal. They can increase cholesterol level, damage your heart, and disrupt many bodily functions. Go through your pantry and check your labels. You will be surprised how many foods have these additives!
